Opportunities and critical issues in the organic market: the points of view of the main players

Despite the economic crisis, the organics market continues to grow and will continue to do so in the near future. This is driven by the increasing attention of consumers on healthy and quality food, and on the other hand by the role of organised distribution, which has been dominating this sector for many years.
